"Hard relate to staff, i dpoke no spanish and they spoke very little English. Some of the staff were helpful, others if they did not understand me just walk away, no effort to help me"

Ana was so kind and helpful- even making sure our transportation to the airport very early in the morning was in order. It was easy to take the bus to Barrio Uno and walk with our luggage to her place, plus her dogs are adorable. "

In the second room, the window wasn’t closing properly, so they had to take a window from another room in the middle of the night to fix it. The pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained.
