"We only stayed here one night, but wished we could have been here longer! The room was lovely and clean, the views were great, and staff was friendly. The grounds were gorgeous, and very enjoyable to walk through. We sat in lawn chairs and watched mot mots, aracari, and other birds. The on-site restaurant was fantastic as well! And they had an airport shuttle. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Had a nice 1 night stay at this charming property. The front desk man was so friendly and helpful. Not much English spoken, but we all managed. The steak house on property was really good!! Great service! It was nice not having to find a restaurant after a long day of driving. My only complaint was quality of facial towels and had towels…but so minor in the overall stay!! "

"An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO"
