"The room was actually a suite with kichenette, large living room w tv, large and nice bathroom and large bedrroom with tv. Good and diversified breakfast. Most of all All the staff was friendly, efficient and very hospitable"

"Fridge not cold at all air conditioning not functioning room on east side very warm due too large window Coffee machine in room not serving hot water like warm Continental breakfast No coffee or cold water any milk or juices. :( "

"The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My room was large with a comfy king bed, but no view (very quiet). The bathroom/shower were adequate. I appreciated the small espresso machine in the room. Take note: if you object to stairs you won’t like it, as there are no elevators and quite a few stairs from street to main level. The location is very good, minutes to the fine art museum and “Guy” metro stop. Breakfast is very basic, nothing fancy."
