"When i arrived to the hotel, the front desk including the manager refused to give me a room even though i paid in full through expedia. They said they have a new owner, and don't deal with expedia. They told me if i wanted a room, i have to pay again with cash. Not something you want to experience after arriving from a 10 hr bus journey from yangon. Suggest expedia remove this hotel from all affiliated sites or someone else will share this pathetic treatment. Be warned!"

"Hotel was lovely, very clean and good service. The pool was great and was the reason we booked here. Breakfast options were a selection of western and Asian choices. The location is a bit out of the way but we hired a driver for a reasonable cost. He ended up saving us money as he was able to negotiate "local prices" on everything from t-shirts to beer."

Staff was very helpful especial manager Myo and ​Naing Tun (also our mini car driver). With all there help anyone will have a great first time excursion into Myanmar's Bagan, Old Bagan and sourounding areas like Mount Papa.
