"When i arrived to the hotel, the front desk including the manager refused to give me a room even though i paid in full through expedia. They said they have a new owner, and don't deal with expedia. They told me if i wanted a room, i have to pay again with cash. Not something you want to experience after arriving from a 10 hr bus journey from yangon. Suggest expedia remove this hotel from all affiliated sites or someone else will share this pathetic treatment. Be warned!"

"The manager was very attentive and accommodating. Helped arrange transport, and gave us a discount rate on a room for early check in when we arrived several hours before the time we originally planned. The rooftop restaurant doesn’t look exactly like the photo, but there is a view of the temples in the distance. There was a wide variety of food, both local and international food options. "Hotel was lovely, very clean and good service. The pool was great and was the reason we booked here. Breakfast options were a selection of western and Asian choices. The location is a bit out of the way but we hired a driver for a reasonable cost. He ended up saving us money as he was able to negotiate "local prices" on everything from t-shirts to beer."
