Still too early to make constructive comments
There is still a lot of work ongoing in the hotel before fully ready and therefore, all comments has to take into account of this factor. The staff are extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, they just cannot do enought for guests however, this is let down by the fact that English is confined to a few words which resulted in some really hilarious and funny events; one can hardly be angry when the staff are doing everything possible to be helpful. Only the night duty leader, a young man named Wai Anyana had sufficient command of English and respect of the other staff to come to the rescue. Internet is NON EXISTENT. We stayed in a double bedroom but the duvat was for a single bed only as were the bed sheets and there was only one bedside table; we were told that all bedrooms were the same - a real shame. Water pressure was poor and hot water took some 10 minutes to come through so one could not enjoy a shower. Breakfast was excellent but dinner was let down by the fact that most things on the menu were not available. The location was far from town but this is a resort aferall and as such, located at a beautiful spot by the river where one could completely relax in a peaceful and quiet surrounding. Staff training is definitely required when the hotel is fully built and ready which should be quite a good resort all round.
