"Very good location and staff are great."

"Pretty standard hotel with a small onsen and sauna. Room was cozy and equipped with everything needed for one night stay.l (we did two twins) They even provided an extra pillow when we asked for one. Breakfast was solid with enough options for both of us. It does end by 9 am which felt a little early but it seems most people had left by then. "

"Little but expensive compare with what they have served. Long queue for self check in, early arrive if you want to join the activities afterwards. Room is big but dust is easy found, air conditioning not quite function. Great for kids, but most of the activities need to register & pay extra. Good place for dining with free playground, the outdoor onsen beach is nice but better to bring a footwear to protect your feet especially for children, the ground in the beach area is easy to hurt...

"Staff and customer service, Breakfast was really great setup and variety at the restaurant in hotel. Judt the room not as spacious as I hpped. "

"The cuisine was outstanding as was the view. The only slight would be the private onsen on our balcony was wooden and had a very slimy feel to our feet upon getting in. "

"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"It was a traditional Japanese room where you sleep on a futon on a tatami floor. The room was beautiful with a nice sitting balcony room that overlooked the side of the mountain. The only problem was the smell of the dust that gathered on or inside the tatami. We don't know whether this is normal and we just aren't used to sleeping in a tatami room."

"櫃檯的先生英文不太行，但很親切，該告知的也清楚詳盡。房間就是中規中矩，也沒什麼可挑剔。四樓有澡堂，水溫夠熱很舒適。但早餐很用心，選擇很多，也好吃！"
