"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"

"The hotel is a bit far from the onsen center, about 10-15 walk from the Kinosaki train station. However, the staff are very courteous and service is excellent. The hotel is nice,clean and quiet. "

"The property itself is spacious and the room I booked was well appointed; it is close to all the baths and an easy walk from the train station. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous- embodying true Japanese approach interactions.They gave tips for eating out and experiencing Onsen culture. I highly recommend staying here.
