"Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle."

"My parents had a lovely stay at the hotel. I had booked for my Mum's 70th birthday. They found the hotel staff very welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. They had a lovely evening meal as well as a nice breakfast. "The newly refurbished hotel is beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was any bother, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We had 3 rooms, each one was different, but all were stunning. The beds and bedding were very comfy. Everywhere was spotless clean. The attention to detail was so good.
