They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically. I hope other people were understanding and kind to the team onsite because they handled everything greatly."

The compact arrangement does make bed access a challenge for less mobile folks, but I slept well. The bathroom was good. No space for a chair in the room and Very little sitting space in the hotel itself. Kettle etc available, but no fridge. I'm happy with my stay."

"One night stay for visit to see Santa in Elf Town in Galway. The hotel was spotless. The staff were Friendly. The pool had the warmest water of any pool I've been in and we have a lot of pools in Killarney area. The kids loved every minute. The breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. "
