"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

The room had to be payable by card, no cash excepted. This may affect a return visit to Blanco's. "Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive ,...
