"The general conditions are good, rooms are nice and clean and airconditioners works well. Pool is Nice and clean. Food was good although no meat ( bacon and sausages) for breakfast in last 3 days of visit. Management does not adjust to needs - we were keen on Tusker Lite and although the resort is between Malindi and Watamu, they could never procure this. Chef’s cooking is good. "This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. Overall the property is lovely and the reception was welcoming and accommodating."

"The property (houses on Easter Side) has big issue with the three-phase power input. Finally, we spent our night without electricity (two basic lamps were provided instead for the room and bathroom). The electric generator was not reliable - lights were blinking all the time. I didn`t want to charge my electric equipment when the generator was used (didn`t want risk damaging items). The breakfast was rather basic. The rest of the experience was OK. It was the only only one property we visited...

"Nice hotel in the village of Mtwapa. Condition of the hotel was average - could do with some slight renovations as a little outdated but if you are not looking to spend too much, this could suit you! Staff were friendly, especially Joanna at reception, who made the effort of remembering our names and always greeting us personally!"
