"The view was beautiful set up ok bathroom a little set up the toilet??? awful to long of a wait to use the elevators 15 min wait it was crazy expensive everything TV why can't it be a smart TV and everyone use they own Netflix accounts instead of struggling for 2 hours to figure out. You only have 29 channels and they're all American and I'm a Canadian and news or sports or pay more money for crappy movies I can get at home for free staff amazing nice knew there job well parking was a bit much...

"Great place to stay on the Canadian side of Niagra Falls. They have a 14th floor observation area so you don’t have to have a falls view room to see the falls. "

"This was our second time staying at Vittoria. Last time was in 2020. Premises are very clean and sound proofing is decent since neither time we were disturbed by the neighbours. Both times we stayed for two nights. The check in this time was not very pleasant. The person checking us in was far from friendly or even pleasant. it felt like he didn’t want to be there. "Just the right distance from the main stretch of Niagara Falls. Lots of restaurants and the outlet mall across the street. Quiet yet family oriented. The room was huge - sitting area and bedroom. Very well appointed bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. We were very happy with our stay."
