"This is a nice property with small bungalows as well as hotel rooms. It's back to back with a shopping mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. The staff are also very honest. I left my wallet in the restaurant one evening and the next morning, as I walked out of my bungalow to see if it was there, the manager came running with it before I got 20 feet from the door. "

"We stayed at Casa San Juan for 4 nights in December. We had a fantastic time. This little hotel is wonderful and their staff is very nice. The rooms were clean, everything in working condition, the beds and shower were great. The restaurant has great food. It has everything you can ask for. The breakfast buffet which was included with our stay was so convenient and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. They had a party on Christmas night and it was just a perfect night for our family....

"It is not a fancy place, but for the price, it is perfectly acceptable. The location is great! You are 10 minutes away from Chichen Itza and literally across the street from the Ik Kil Cenote. Breakfast is included, which was some eggs with ham and a nice basket of bread. It starts early and checkout is at noon, which was great because we were able to go see Chichin Itza in the morning before the crowds and return to check out.
