"This hotel was in a very good location. It was modern and clean. My room was comfortable. Both of us thought the pillows on the bed were a little too firm. We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM.
