"The hotel was very conveniently located as far as walking the city. Desk staff was very accommodating, as our check in was 3 pm but our flight arrived at 7:45 am, and they let us store our luggage until check-in. They even offered check in as early as 1 pm. Desk staff also offered recommendations of things to do in the period of time between arrival and check in. The hotel is not fancy, but very comfortable, safe, and provided all amenities we needed. "The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. I found hair on the bath room floor and a bottle cap under the bed. The TV remote did not work. There is no elevator from the parking at the back of the hotel, only inside the from the enterance and lobby to the rooms. The hotel rooms are simple and functional. The staff was nice but none of them speaked English...
