"Very nice place. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. What I didn't like- Our room didn't have a heating/cooling system. So. it was dead quiet plus too hot. We had to open our window to keep from being cooked. All night in 20 degree weather we had the window opened. Shower was awful Super crazy pressure in a cheap showerhead. The water was cold and painful by the time it hit you. All in all it was nice, but I most likely wouldn't stay again."

"Check -in was fine, room was freezing, door from the room was open when I got inside lobby, no hot water, mouse turds in corner of storage room, which I cleaned myself. I called the resort with no answer, drove from my unit to the front desk, registered my complaint of no hot water, never heard from anyone or got hot water.
