"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"Hotel is at a good location if you have business in the NW part of Shanghai, or Disney; it's only a 5-minute walk from the metro station and also close to the Anting-North train station. The rooms are big and clean, room service is excellent and the food is top quality. "it was my worst experience ever - one had to contact them to arrange check in as they don't have reception (according to the website) - but they don't answer the phone so it was impossible to reach them and check in - and not money was refunded."
