"I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, to begin with, I asked for a non-smoking room and I had to be transferred on day two to another one because the people above me were smoking and the smoke came into my room. The entire staff speaks very poor English and it is truly hard to communicate with them. Although I encountered the above issues, the quality of the food was excellent, and the chef's staff was truly cordial and knowledgable. "

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers.
