I appreciated having a small fridge and microwave as standard in the unit, which many hotels don't offer. I tried the shampoo and conditioner and they were really nice! The only thing that wasn't great was the bed. It wasn't terrible by any means, but I have a tempurpedic bed now at home so most hotel beds just aren't near as nice as that. I've stayed at various other hotels in the area and these beds...
