"The front desk was so friendly and efficient. She let us know where everything was. The lobby, the halls, and the room were so clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable that I want to take them home. I had reservations about this place being attatched to the mall, but that was awesome! You can tell the employees do their jobs well. It is appreciated more than they know. "

"It is a great hotel but our room, Room 225, overlooked the roof so the HVAC was quite loud. I guess that is why they put a white noise machine in the room, which helped, but make sure to specify a room that is quieter for a better experience. We booked for 5 nights but left a night earlier and still had to pay for it because of the rules of our reservation but if we stay again, will ask for a room that is far from the roof. "

"Charged an incidental fee to my credit card and when I got to the room it was great except the soap dispenser on the bathroom wall was coming out of the wall. I texted to let them know and they said they would get it fixed the next day. I certainly hope they do not keep my incidental fee. "
