"This was our first visit to Palermo and after flying for quite some time, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff was very helpful both before our travel and while we were there, making airport transfers for us and providing good information. The breakfast each morning was delicious!! The location was terrific and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
