"Once we were able to find the property it was good but it was difficult to find, we arrived at night and the area was a little sketchy. We were lead to believe parking was available and it wasn’t close. However, the hotel was located in a unique building, room had a balcony overlooking the old town streets and breakfast room and food was amazing. My recommendation is arrive during the day, the area feels completely different then and don’t drive in Palermo if you can avoid it. "

"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...
