"Our 3rd stat as lovely but we had a different room and was quite small, quite tired in places and shower room awkward and small. Also noise from entryway door and stairs. "

Shower looked good but didn't use it... my fault as I was put off by large window in bathroom which had a net curtain, I didn't notice till too late the blind! Very good location for town, cathedral/gardens & Apex. Got car in their car park which is small not sure where you would park if no spaces. "

"Great location just off high street and near the Rowley Mile racecourse Limited parking , would help if customers could park straight Nice welcome , room OK clean , comfortable bed and good shower . Everything you need , microwave , tea coffee etc Bit expensive but everything is these days Needs updating but enjoyed stay "

"Lovely village pub/restaurant. Great service from front of house manager. Young man, very friendly and welcoming. Lovely evening meal, fair prices, fresh vegetables. Room clean, warm and cosy. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Outside, Iron stairs to room so just be aware. We would definitely stay again. "

"Brilliant stay again at the Windmill. Dinner was superb. Room was quiet and well cared for. Like many places it could do with a spruce up but the quality of service and wonderful environment make up for any minor blemishes. Food was amazing. We were staying for St Val’s night and thought it might affect our stay but it was a delicious dinner. Whenever I see a lot of options on a menu I’m concerned the quality might be mediocre. Not here.
