"Check in was very unpleasant. After traveling for six (6) hours and arriving approximately at 3:45 pm My room was Not ready. Check in is supposed to be at 3:00 pm. I asked why the room was not ready and how long would I have to wait. I was told that the residence was understaffed and that they were working on my room right this moment. Other than the checking in and the room not being ready everytning else was very pleasant. "
