"The place was really nice. The room was missing several things like a remote control, chairs and a trashcan for the common area. They did bring a remote control and a trashcan. And there was only one high back chair for the table when there should have been two gut a party of 4. This morning, when I went to inquire about extending for another night, the front desk agent was very unpleasant and not welcoming at all! Imagine first thing in the morning and that is the energy that you’re getting!...

"The hotel was clean, well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. It was spacious, clean and had dishes that we could use to heat up our leftovers from dinner. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback was the valet parking. The staff were doing the best that they could but the checkout for valet parking was a long wait. We elected to leave our vehicle for the day to explore the city but it took almost 50 minutes for us to just to put our luggage in the car....
