I rang through to reception at 5:30 PM, as I was cold in my room, as the weather is now clearly into the cold winter mode. I explained I was going out at 7 anyway, but was not sure as to why the radiator was not working. I was informed it operated on a timer, and would come on at 8, but only for 2 hours.
