"We were happy from the beginning until the end! We felt very welcome and were very happy throughout our stay. Our little ones were sad that they couldn’t go to the pool but they really enjoyed the room. The suite was perfect for my parents, our kids, my husband and I to share. "

"This was my third stay at Bristol Royal Marriott. Staff have been lovely on all occasions and my room clean and of a very good standard. There is a relaxed vibe to the hotel which is within easy reach of all of Bristols attractions and there is parking on site which i have used on my two previous visits. Reasonably priced. "

"Lovely welcome, helpful staff but understaffed. Room was perfect but let down by the catering side. Good choice of breakfast but hot option was cold. Booked a meal for the second night but was told a lot of options unavailable. One member of staff trying to check in guests and do food orders and one chef trying to help with orders but couldn’t use the till. We would stay again but would hope these issues would be sorted. "

"Quiet rooms and friendly staff. My check-in was delayed by an hour but they compensated me for this inconvenience without me needing to negotiate. One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks. "Once again another amazing experience Booked this as a surprise for my wife and she loved it 😊...our room was spacious clean and the fridge well stocked a nice surprise. Comfortable large bed 🛌 and spa facilities very enjoyable also the gym is small but has everything you will need ."

"Set in the countryside the building is very impressive. There is ample parking but due to the hotels popularity one may have to walk a fair distance to get to the entrance. The entrance hall with its staircase is very impressive. On checking in the friendly receptionist gives you a map so you can find your room. "Hired a meeting room and booked 5 rooms with breakfast, some confusion over booking but all resolved smoothly and apologised. Food was excellent, as was the service. Will definitely use again. "

"We booked this property for a few nights and received exceptional care from Mark the host who was warm, welcoming and accomodating with great suggestions of where we could visit nearby. The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home. We will most definitely be staying here again within the next year and hope to exlpore more of the Cotswolds from this excellent, central location. "
