"The staff at Orchid Hotel are very kind and welcoming. They set up our room special for our honeymoon and provided a free cake as well, which was so nice. They were attentive and helpful with tips for things to do. The area around the hotel can be quite noisy at night, making rest difficult for light sleepers. The building itself is a bit stale and could use a refresh. We felt as though our 'Romance Room' did not match the photos here on Expedia. "

They could only give us one night there as they had no spare rooms for us to stay that weekend. I had to find another hotel to book last minute for the remainder. We stayed one night and the rooms were awful. Glad that they had double booked us. There were cockroaches in our room, Aircon wasn't working well so it was very hot all night. The staff was so helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast of anything you wanted. They helped us book a cheap/reputable motorbike rental to hoi an and gave good local tips. "
