"The staff here is unusually friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed it. My mattress is getting a little old and they don’t provide much cleaning, etc of rooms but the staff, bar and breakfast made up for it. "

"I would recommend this property to anyone! It was nice and clean; tasty breakfast, 24-hr coffee. A notice taped beside the elevator mentioned promised upgrades to come. (I can only recall a gym as one of them because that is the first thing my daughter searched out.) My only personal negative was I forgot my white noise machine and it was much too quiet with not quite enough soundproofing for my sleep need. My adult daughter had no problem. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here and will do again. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. The only thing I could complain about was the elevator. Only 2 and one was not functioning. It took a while but overall only complaint. Will stay again. Spacious rooms and good continental breakfast. "

"We had Christmas dinner at Sasha. We were not informed it was a fixed menu at the time of our reservation. We were excited about their normal menu. Having to have made some difficult choices, since they were out of prime rib for a 4:30 seating, I ordered the scallop, (3 small scallop sitting on top of a mound of pasta (not sure of pounds, think could feed 3 to 4 people). Extremely disappointing for $70. I made a complaint, but nothing was done to remedy it. So sad. Definitely a turnoff to...
