"I’m loved the style of the outside but the inside needs a lot of work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. However, the balcony and view is incredible. There really ISNT a restaurant. They have a room service menu. The day we wanted breakfast they said they weren’t serving breakfast. That night we ordered pizza which they actually order from somewhere else and don’t make it there. It was AWFUL and BURNT. We ordered it at 740pm and it arrived burnt at 10pm. The location is good. A few walkable...

"The people who work there are very polite and if you need help they are glad to help. Wasn’t happy in the building , for the repairs they doing a lot of noise also the need to work on the cleaning of the rooms."

"Property is very nice. Small boutique hotel with upscale restaurant. It is isolated so if you like more choices in dining and nightlife choose a different location. Looking for a laid back vacation this is it. The only thing that might keep you up is the chickens and dogs. "

"The property at Casa Ceiba is breathtaking. The staff are warm friendly and consistantly, seek to make certain a guest has everything they need. They do this in a perfect balance, so they are never intrusive. The food is exceptional, we ate 3 nights out of 4 at the hotels restaurant "
