"A very good stay at the Thon Hotel Slottsparken. The main reason for selecting the hotel was the availability to accommodate 3 adults (adult daughter still loves free holidays!) and the 'Business' room option worked our perfectly with plenty of room for us all. Location wise it was very close to the palace in a nice quiet area whilst also being less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Oslo and the Nationaltheatret train station which has a direct link to the airport. "I really like this hotel, very convenient to almost everything. I had a single room and it was the smallest of all the single rooms I have had on this trip- that was the only downside. However, it was a great price, so it was okay. The breakfast was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but book a bigger room next time. "

"We highly enjoyed our stay, the bed was huge and super comfortable. Though the room itself was kinda small, dark and claustrophobic. The only window was in the corner and overlooked an inside atrium, so no natural light got into the room. Also the dark paint color on the walls made the room feel smaller than it was. The bathroom had good counter space, the shower was a bit small as it was 2 fold out doors, which didn't stop the water from getting outside and onto the rest of the floor. TV...
