"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Great value and great location in some ways (only 2 Metro stops from airport), but bad location in that only services/sights nearby are Netto grocery across the street, nothing else of note. Property has nice beds and good sized rooms, but is definitely showing age. Pool in basement is refreshing but entire subfloor level is dimly lit, stinky, and a bit creepy. Overall a middling impression and happy to find as a last-minute option. "

"New Year’s Eve in Copenhagen. Very lively and noisy with fireworks. If you want to watch ask for a view onto the square. If you want to sleep at all that night ask for a room as far away as possible. Recommend upgrading to a room that has access to the lounge. Great for Prosecco and red wine and snacks. "This is not about staff…who were all great. But a hotel that can’t give you a bottle of water or breakfast without you paying for it in advance (rather than on check out) has some serious trust issues. The staff were very nice. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms basic and small but clean. Plus the location more than made up for it. I just prefer staying somewhere where the system doesn’t think I’m trying to steal water. "We have recently stayed at the Hotel for a short 4 day break. We stayed in the Junior Suite (room 402). We found the facilities to be clean, good quality and in good condition. The bathroom felt small in the room but that said it was well designed and it was clean etc. The hotel is situated in a quieter area of Copenhagen but you are within walking distance of lovely restaurants , cafes and a 7- eleven (convenience store) and also a 'Normal' which sells toiletries, shower gels, hair products...
