"Clean, warm apartment with friendly staff. The room we had was facing the train tracks and road, so a bit noisey. We were there for 5 nights, but had our cleaning day on the last night. It would have been nice for washing powder and cleaning wipes to be used during our stay. The staff are very warm and friendly. "

"A few issues: The kitchen is not fully stocked, as it is missing some essential items. There is a window pane that is un-frosted in the bathroom, strange considering all the other panes are. It is lacking hooks for towels in the bathroom if you have more than 2 people there. Needs more garbage bins in the apartment. No A/C is a bummer but it wasn't super hot while we were there, so not a big deal but would be a much bigger issue if it was really hot. The location is amazing, right on Stroget...
