All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile. "It was clean and tidy to expectations for pub accommodation. Large freshly carpeted room. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were as advertised one of the best I've had. The village is delightful."

"The Knighton Hotel is quiet and well-located. Unfortunately, they don't do meals, although they do have a coffee shop, which I didn’t try as I was out allday walking. The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it I was instantly moved to another and larger room (turned out the leak was coming from the shower in the room above). Good service there. "The Cowboy hut was very clean, cosy and looked like it was straight out of a western. The bed was very comfy and the wood burner made for a relaxing atmosphere. The big bath was lovely with a view of the hills from the tub. The site was quiet and very scenic with beautiful surroundings. We had a power cut due to storm Darragh which was sorted very quickly. The onsite shop was very useful with what we needed for the weekend. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, peaceful break. "
