"The studio is located in the perfect location to do all your activities on Maui. Wether it’s head out to take on the road to Hana, golfing, shopping or fine dining on Front St. Your only 30 minutes away from it all. The PapKea complex is beautiful and the view of the ocean is spectacular from the land. The studio has everything you need to make or bbq dinner by the pool. "There is everything you need in the apartment, we absolutely loved the balcony for breakfast, drinks and relaxing. Only downside would be the pool which is not so nice but who needs a pool in Hawaii :)"

"We enjoy the location of the Papakea Resort and have stayed there a few times. We enjoyed our stay. The living area was comfortable and clean. There were several beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc) available for our use. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, was a bit dingy and in need of an update. Overall, we were happy with the condo and our stay was a good one."

"Overall, this is a fantastic unit for honeymooners and families alike. Great access to the beach with stunning views from the back patio. "The unit is as advertised, right at the water. Nicely updated and comfortable for 2 people. The community is low key and feels more populated by return guests and/or owners; lots of people knew each other. No hotel vibe, so no food or drink service available. You hear surf 24/7, often loud! Saw whales while sipping morning coffee every single day. Would happily return."

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "
