"I wish I had known the company that manages the apartment units (Aston) is separate from the front desk that manages the communal areas. Aston does not have people onsite to help if something happens with your room, you have to contact them online or phone, then they might send someone. Their hours are also inconvenient because they close before 4pm. We checked in and were welcomed with a large HIDDEN CLEANING FEE. Once we got to the room the bed frame was broken. "We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"The resort was very nice and their amenities were just what we needed. The unit we stayed in was not in the best condition; the kitchen cabinets were dirty and worn down and drawers did not move easily. Some of the dished and utensils were dirty. There were a few small nails protruding through the carpet/tile transition so we had to wear shoes in the unit. "

"Great location between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Private sleeping quarters, media room, gym, nice top floor communal area with a view of the ocean. Watched whales breach from inside the house. Sea turtles on the beach. There are lots of stairs, but as long as you are able to climb them it’s not an issue. Would definitely recommend for those traveling with a large group. "
