"Such a beautiful village. Kurashiki is the highlight of our family’s trip to Japan. Ivy Square is also very beautiful and one can spend the whole afternoon in its courtyard. The standard guestroom is standard Japanese sized…small but sufficient. The staff are very friendly. "

"Great stay in Takamatsu. Standard hotel with breakfast included. Good location in the heart of Takamatsu. Around 5 minutes walk to the train stations. Across from shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean. "

"This hotel convenient to several transport centers. 20 minute walk to JR station or ferry. 25 to Ritsurin garden and Takamatsu castle. Excellent breakfast. Nice touches like popsicles outside spa. And free evening soba soup. Wonderful spa area with sauna and decent sized rooms. Many other spa hotels let guests use the spa before the 3 PM check in time but here they did not. "

"The hotel is located in a great location. You walk out the door and you have all manner of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The train is in easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I stayed in Takamatsu again. Awesome! "
