"Very good room. Modern and functional, small but didn't feel cramped. The hotel even had a sento (traditional public bath), which was nice. The hotel is located close to many of Kurashiki's attractions, but is ~15 minute walk from Kurashiki station which was slightly inconvenient with luggage, but not a major issue. "Very cute hostel. The inside had great design and amenities, like extension cords, card games and hairdryers. Checkin was no-contact on a tablet. It had a little trouble finding my name but I guess it wanted my full name (first and last) typed in to find it. We stayed in a western style room with bunk beds. The mattresses are standard futon and very thin but it was fine for two nights. The beds had down comforters and there were extra fleece blankets available in the lobby. The room had its own...
