"This hotel is across from an Aldi Sud and Rewe grocery store so it's very easy to grab something to eat. But the room I was in didn't have a microwave or refrigerator so I was confined to eating sandwiches. It was very easy to walk to the bus station and S-bahn station. Very convenient to get to the Messe and city center. I needed to do laundry, however, and there weren't any laundry facilities."

"Marco, at the front desk, was personal, professional and went beyond his duties to ensure our comfort. We missed dinner due to a train cancellation and he ensured we did not retire hungry. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"It was nice and clean and quiet. I've stayed there before and will stay there again. I would give it a 5 instead of a 4 but in this room the heat was way too high no matter what the thermostat was set at. It's a shame to waste energy but we had to open the window to cool the room. Also the shower didn't drain well and it overflowed onto the floor."

"The room was so lovely, the staff were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Though it's not as close to the City centre there is a bus that comes regularly with a bus stop super close to the hotel. So many stores around the hotel so you can get anything you want. Would 10/10 recommend."

"Clean place and close to old town and train station. There are lots of Mediterranean restaurants nearby, kids go to Pizza Hut. Bang for the bucks!"
