"I was bitten by a bed bug prior to my first night in the room on the ground floor. Found a bed bug on my pillow. Brought it to the receptionist, he was kind enough to upgrade my room and changed my room, also did apologised for the inconvenience caused. However, it’d definitely be better if there isn’t any bed bugs at all."

"The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the old quarter, however Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel has very little to do with an actual hotel apart from the name. A guest house or homestay perhaps would have been more accurate. Simple requests for extra towels, toiletpaper or refill of the minibar either got no action from the staff or had to be repeatedly requested. In a 6 day stay at the Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel we did not once have trash removed from our rooms, our beds made,...
