"Friendly staff and good location. Nearby restaurants and within walking distance of adventure island. The family room has two separate bedrooms which is great. Slight downsides is the room was a bit tired and had slight damp smell. Also there is no blind in bathroom although the glass is obscured you would be able to see through the window from the houses across the street at night."

Staff were lovely, would like to mention especially jack (barman) and Kieran (assistant manager as they were happy, and always spoke to us, to be honest all staff were friendly.The room was very nice, we were lucky as we had the bathroom in our room, but other rooms don’t. "Another good stay here, breakfast is OK bar of an evening is typically busy. Room was a bit tired and could do with a bit of a refurbishment other wise it’s a well positioned place to spend the weekend"
