"Property has many sarue animals(Gamba-de-orelha-preta) running in the garden through the night. Those animals transmit diseases through the urine. It was very scared. Never more. "

"The property itself is nice however no direct access to the beach like other nearby hotels. It is the closest hotel to the ferry and to a couple of the dining options by the ferry. When we arrived (at 3:00 PM), they did not have a clean room for us and we had to wait around for an hour before receiving a room. In addition, the next day, our room was not cleaned at all until asking mulitple times at the front desk for someone to provide new sheets and towels for us. The hot water is really nice...

"Bom atendimento e boa estrutura. Só achei confusa a organização do estacionamento, quando eu parava de um lado orientavam que eu estacionasse na outra entrada e vice-versa, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência. Localização muito boa. Literalmente a 10 passos do toa toa. Pretendo voltar outras vezes. "

"I love the hotel staff. They were super friendly, communicative and willing to help. The pool bar has great food and drinks. We liked it all so much that we decided to pay the late fee to stay up to 4pm. Only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not proper for swimming, but they say that a popular beach is 20min walk on the sand. We took an Uber to better beaches further north."

"Muito boa porem a aguaque usa no banheiro é horrivel com um cheiro insuportável. A televisão com alguns canais nao tem internet como net flix ou pelo menos woutuber. Estacionamento privativo na rua."

"Not recommended. It is below average for other 3-star hotels in Brazil. Breakfast was quite disappointing and we asked to change rooms and newer area have better rooms. We booked an oceanview (OV) room and accepted to change to a garden view one after some cleaning issues. But no compensation was offered. The OV rooms are not worth the extra. The additional charge for using a safe box already installed in the room was another disappointment. "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Porto Seguro! This was my forth time there and I’ll return many more times…amazing place and super friendly staff :-) Pedrinho and the entire team make this hotel, a second home! Thanks"
