"Segunda vez que me hospedo no Pontal, os colaboradores são muito gentis e prestativos, hotel muito aconchegante, café da manhã é uma delícia, a localização também é muito boa, fica pertinho da praia e próximo ao Churrasquinho do Dinho que é muito bom, tem ponto de táxi próximo ao hotel também. Pontos a melhorar é a internet que é péssimaaaa, liberar mais canais na tv, desentupir os buraquinhos do chuveiro e a torneira fica muito rente a pia, com isso acumula muita água no canto da pia e você...

"Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average."

"O hotel é muito bom, a suíte é espaçosa e o café da manhã é excelente. A localização também é ótima. O único problema foi que o banheiro da suíte estava sem porta, o que causou alguns transtornos. O recepcionista que atende no período da noite deixou um pouco a desejar."

"Property has many sarue animals(Gamba-de-orelha-preta) running in the garden through the night. Those animals transmit diseases through the urine. It was very scared. Never more. "

"Pros: Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast, game room, pool. Con: the only negative was the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t that good. Having said that, around the pool area, lobby, restaurant worked much better. Definitely would recommend this place. "
