"The Constance was beautiful! The staff person on site was so helpful and gave us a lot of great history of the Lenox Collection. I loved the complimentary snacks offered as well as the continental breakfast. The only thing that didn’t make our stay perfect was that the door that led outside onto the back porch area didn’t lock completely. It wasn’t too much of a big deal because we didn’t feel unsafe or anything but it’s always nice to have peace of mind when you are staying somewhere new. Other...

"Room was great, service friendly and helpful. We arrived during a snow storm and parking was easy and snow was shoveled and ground throughly salted which was much appreciated. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was lackluster and just like you’d get at a Hampton inn. We are also disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner Sunday night. "

"We had a great stay. Pool was great, room was good, the pull out couch was a little uncomfortable, but when aren't they. The game room needed updating as one arcade machine was broken. Kitchen was great in the room, and the whole hotel had a good vibe to it!"
