"Convenient for where I was going ( Venue 23 ) .. loads of bars around . Was a little noisy late at night .. didn’t bother me though. Breakfast wasn’t the best .. cheap ingredients … awful sausages !! "

"Room was cramped for a family of 3 room but you get what you pay for , but did what we needed it to do , it was very clean , had tv and nice size shower. Went for food down stairs and the pizza was amazing the satff were polite , helpful and friendly . Down side is the parking is quite a bit away if youve got alot of luggage and maybe disabled. However you do get discount on the parking for 24 hours we paid £10 for the parking ."

"The only issue I had was that on getting into the room there was no heating on even though it was only 3 degrees outside, on turning on the electric heater it took a couple of hours for it to get warm enough to sit in the room. We went next door to the pub at least it was warm, even though it was near impossible to get something to eat due to it being so busy, we got back into the room after 3 hours and it was quite comfortable but not HOT, when we spoke to the receptionist in the morning she...

"The hotel its self was lovely and so was the staff but whatever you do, don’t park on the royal Victoria hotel. This is the car park right to the side of the metropolitan. Me and my sister came up for new year, to come back from being out to find her car window to be smashed in!! Stole her dashcam, money, cards ect!!! Royal Victoria hotel was no help! Parked by cameras for this exact reason but wasn’t able to view! He had done a few cars on this car park ! Be careful "

"It was over Christmas time we stayed 23rd to 27th some noises and bumps late at night. The Staff were very helpful at all times. The kitchen had its problems but the staff held its side up well done. "

"The two bedroom family room was great. It had 2 comfortable beds. The ceilings were low if you are over 6 feet tall, but would book again."
