The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was good, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. "We stayed a night having returned at 2330hrs on a flight, there were some others from the same flight checking in, its all about the location for this hotel, so as there is no competition we always stay there if we are flying. No complaints, the breakfast was looking a little jaded but were were towards the end of the service so no complaints."

"Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up."

"We have stayed here may times. Its a beautiful hotel (starting to look a little tired in places)and the staff are wonderful. This visit we noticed a lot more young families than we have before. For us it was a little noisy in the pool and at breakfast. The stay was still lovely."
