"Great breakfast and bar service, There was a flashing light on fire alarm in the ceiling above the bed, this could do with changing. The moving wrap around advert in the bar and restaurant isn’t nice at all and ruins the environment. The staff were lovely and it wasn’t clear that the parking would be an additional cost. "

"Food options at site limited, particularly off season and at night. Only accessible from the southbound carriageway of the M5. Otherwise a comfortable bed for a couple of nights fulfilling requirements."

"Situated a little out of town centre but within walking distance. Good hotel, good size room with very nice en-suite. Nice and clean. Lovely breakfast. Overall a nice stay "

"Very handy for centre of Exeter. Clean and well equipped, a little tired in places but it's an old, historic building so that's to be expected. Can be a touch noisy with voices outside, but ear plugs provided if needed - and this didn't interrupt our sleep. Would stay again - staff very friendly."
