"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would...

"The hotel is away on the downtown but it's nearly to subway station. The hotel has a new concept in their room that do the experience totally different on other hotels."

"The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway."

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...

"Stayed one night, was a good 20 min walk to get into city center. Hotel was ok for a quick stay but wouldn't choose again for a longer stay. "

"Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value."
