"Second time visit for an overnight stay in an area we used to live in. The standard rooms are large, clean, well furnished and have a big modern bathroom. Public rooms were all clean, well decorated and furnished. Didn't use Bistro but the breakfast choice was good and plentiful. Great location for touring the Dales."

"Friendly staff. Nice modern room although smelt of damp. Hallway to rooms was very dark so not very pleasant. It didn’t have the hotel feel I normally get when I visit other hotel chains, it didn’t have an instant welcoming feel. "

"Next time we visit Bradford to see family we will book in at this hotel again, but I have two observations to mention. First - there are plenty of parking spaces which includes a covered multi story that, at the time of writing (Feb 2025) costs £1.50 for 24 hours. Second - The rooms are cleaned each day to a good standard, but the carpet in our room looked grubby and stained."

"Small car park for the size of the hotel, which would be an issue when the hotel is close to capacity. Front desk staff were polite and efficient in dealing with customers and eager to assist with queries. Paying for parking is done on a large screen next to reception and is easy to use and the discount code issued by the hotel takes the sting out of what the full price would be. Our room (504) was adequate for our needs and our expectations were not unrealistic for a cheap budget hotel. The...
