"Wow! What an amazing place. I highly recommend Marriott SurfWatch. We had a 3 bedroom condo and Plenty of room for everyone. We had a view of the lake and fountain. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable beds. 5 star!"

"I had an issue with one of the pipes in the bathroom leaked all.over the floor and they came and fixed it right away. Room was clean, and easy access to the building. Parking was a little tight but besides that I would recommend this place. We also got to see an alligator right from our balcony hanging out. "

"Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. "

"The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament."

"I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. The unit was a bit dusty, probably because it was the off-season when I visited, but a quick trip to the local...

"What an excellent place to stay. I was in town for my son’s bachelor party wanted a little place away from the kids. It was clean. The location is fantastic. The beach is right there. I’m mistakenly left clothes behind in the room. The host was so so nice. She packed up my clothes and sent them to me and refused to take payment, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice"
