The introduction to zazen was great, though Japanese speakers will get most out of this - ditto the lecture before morning service. The meals were excellent, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. All together, this short stay was a true highlight of my month in Japan. My only complaint is that because some floors were smoking, sometimes the lobby area smelled enough like cigarettes to give me a headache. Location is good for new Shinkansen station. Sidewalks ok."

We ate at the French restaurant one night during our stay and believe it should have a Michelin star soon! Awesome food and service. "

There are a couple of parking spots at the hotel, a few more spots a block down the street, etc. (there's a map of parking spots on the side of the hotel). "
